How Our Return Process Works:

• Once you submit your request, we will process it and email you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
• Please note that all returns require an RGA number.
• The RGA number must be clearly marked on all paperwork and packages you send back to Wikus Saw Technology (WST).

Important Information:

• WST reserves the right to decline any return request.
• Returns received without an RGA number will be refused.
• If a return is refused, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including delivery, storage, and return freight charges.
• No credit will be issued for returns without an RGA number.
